Prepare the ingredients needed


1.Chop the onion, tomato and lettuce

2.Mince the beef and chicken



3.Cut off on top of tofu

1.Heat the cooking oil in the frying pan

2.Stir-fry the onion until its become golden



3.Put the mince beef/chicken until its a bit dry

1.Add a teaspoon of salt

2.Add 2-3 tablespoon of oyster sauce , chili sauce and tomato sauce

3.Put 4 tablespoon of BBQ sauce and add 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise

4.Add the tomato and lettuce that has been chopped

5.Sprinkle the black pepper on top of it

6.Stir all the ingredients thoroughly

2.Press in filling and make sure it is full and compact

3.Deep the tofu in whipped egg

4.Roll it with the bread crumb
