1.Heat the cooking oil in the frying pan

2.Stir-fry the onion until its become golden

1.Add a teaspoon of salt

2.Add 2-3 tablespoon of oyster sauce , chili sauce and tomato sauce

3.Put 4 tablespoon of BBQ sauce and add 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise

4.Add the tomato and lettuce that has been chopped

5.Sprinkle the black pepper on top of it

6.Stir all the ingredients thoroughly

STEP 4


1.Put a cube of cheddar cheese in each of tofu

2.Press in filling and make sure it is full and compact

3.Deep the tofu in whipped egg

4.Roll it with the bread crumb

5.Deep fry the tofu in frying pan
